- All goods are shipped in protective packaging to avoid damage in transit. We usually deliver within 1-3 days unless next day special delivery is specified. When you order with us you will be allocated a tracking number you can use this to track your parcel through our system. - We test all products we dispatch and pack them to resist damage however if on arrival you find your goods to be faulty they must be returned in there original packaging within 1 days of receipt. You are responsible for paying the return shipping fee we recommend you use a insured recorded delivery. On receipt of your goods we will inspect and issue the necessary refund through our system. Goods marked carry a 12 to 24 months warranty included in the box, please call us if you have any questions.

- Our Shipping is 1-2 Days. We are based in West Yorkshire and all orders are shipped from within the UK by Royal Mail. We deliver to most countries in Europe and Worldwide. At checkout stage shipping will be calculated to your destination address, here you can choose your preferred method. Free Shipping is only available on marked products and applies to the UK only.
